1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging the services of HunterGather Web Design LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and others who access or use our services. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Provision of Services

HunterGather Web Design LLC agrees to provide website design and development services as outlined in the client's specific Service Agreement. Timelines are estimates and may be subject to change.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due as specified in the Service Agreement. Any third-party costs (such as software subscriptions, hosting, domains, or premium plugins) are the sole responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Client Obligations

The client agrees to provide HunterGather Web Design LLC with timely access to all necessary materials and data required to perform the services and is responsible for the legality and accuracy of all content provided.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all non-public information, including website strategy, account access, and project data, strictly confidential.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the Service Agreement with written notice, typically 30 days. The client is responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HunterGather Web Design LLC is registered.
